What is the International Graduate Program?
This program offers the chance to experience, in an accelerated sequence, a wide range of roles and responsibilities in different countries that will constitute a real career booster! You will integrate into a community of fifteen recently graduates who share a desire for international experiences, professional challenges and strong human relations. It is made of a first month of induction in the company and then of successive immersions in various jobs within our countries throughout the course of the program. These periods of professional immersion are completed with regular interaction and individual follow-ups through mentoring and training to accelerate your development within the Group during the programme and beyond!
Steps of the program:
- Induction: 1 week in Paris and 2 weeks in one western European country to discover fundamental positions which are part of the Group’s DNA;
- Immersion: 2 * 12 months in 1 or 2 countries in corporate or operational functions. In which countries will the Graduate Program take place? Those countries have showed interest and recruitment needs for the Graduate Program, however this listing is informative and may change.

What kind of positions?
- Strategy/Business Development
As an example you will be a Business Developer of a geographical region to manage the development of our solutions in several countries of the zone. You will be a part of a local Finance Team to manage the integration of a major acquisition. You will be the mobile payment project manager for the launch of a card solution or you will be UX Marketing Analyst for a marketing division.
Which profiles are we looking for?
We are looking for skillful, curious, international, demanding people. You are graduated from a Business School, University or an Engineer School (promotion 2015 to 2017). You have had a first professional experience (in internship, permanent or temporary contract) ideally in finance, marketing, business development, strategy, digital projects. This program is only accessible through a V.I.E contract as per the eligibility criteria below
What is the recruitment process?
1. Screening and pre-selection of your application
2. 1 day of assessment in Paris* (2 interviews + 1 collective case study)
3. 1 phone interview with a country director hosting positions for the Graduate Program
Once your application is accepted, you will have a phone interview with the director of your assigned country.

This program is international, which means you are applying for all the positions and countries of the Graduate Program! We will take into account your wishes as much as we can.
Who is eligible for a V.I.E contract?
The V.I.E (Volunteering for International Experience) is like a French International Internship paid Program. It is open to Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (which includes the 27 Member States of the European Union and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and Monaco, who have fulfilled the national service obligations in their State of residence or to French people between 18-28 years old. Please note that a V.I.E contract may start no later than the day of the applicant’s twenty-ninth birthday. page 3/3 | www.edenred.com The allowance for the assigned interns/V.I.E includes: a basic amount which is common to all V.I.E and a variable amount (geographical element) which is defined by the Quarterly Order published by the French Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister for the Budget. The allowance perceived is tax exempted. The allowance is from 1,300€ to 4,000 € depending on the country of assignment. Transportation, relocation and a two-way trip/year are supported by Edenred.
